10 Golden Rules for Personal Success

1. Believe that you have succeeded even before you begin the task / job. Act, dress and speak not for who you are now, but for who you want to be in the future.

2. Replace negative statements by positive phrases. Tell yourself: "I am an excellent person," "I am a success," "Everybody likes me." Practice this daily before going to bed at night, and before getting up in the morning.

3. Assume full responsibility for your actions and your life. Do not allow yourself to blame others for their lack of success. Even if an event may have been caused by another person, and being outside their control, control your reaction before the event, and forget!

4. Think positively about all his achievements, no matter how small they may seem to others. They are your steps to success.

5. Formulate a mission in writing, keep it with you, and read it all the time or whenever you can.

6. Remember great success stories and the difficulties that these people had to overcome to achieve their goals. Examples such as Lars Grael, even losing a leg in an accident years continued to practice and compete, are our problems and troubles seem small given the immensity of this world.

7. When you are accepting a new project, ask yourself: "What is the worst thing that can happen?" "What do I have to do this?"

8. Allow yourself to make mistakes because it is an essential component for your personal growth.

9. Strive to be the best you can and not the best in the world. However, you may find that one leads to another.

10. Nobody is born a great doctor, lawyer or a great big seller. We all enter this world as babies. We've become in something based on the choices we make. You can choose to success, as failure, but the choice is entirely yours!

Stay Tuned to Microtrends

On the last weekend, I discovered the "Brave New World" by Mark J. Penn, reading his best-seller "Microtrends". The basis of his studies contradict the prediction of total extinction of the free will of the society described by the mass-fiction of Aldous Huxley in 1932.

According to the "Penn version of" small groups of citizens have become powerful and are changing the face of society. "We thought, as the mass society increase, we would be standardized in the face and color. But what we saw was that more individualistic it became, "it said Penn during his visit to Brazil in 2008.

The Penn Microtrends point to the growing power of niche consumer and the end of the megatrends of mass behavior and consumption habits, which would change the face of society, influencing the business world. "The small forces behind tomorrow's big changes," said pollster of political opinion in the United States and worldwide CEO of Burson-Marsteller, are originated by the appearance of small social groups that are united by common interests.

I believe that the concepts and research presented by Penn describe our current social composition, that is, we live in a society segmented by affinities. Just look at the internet. Various sites available are true "club relationship." Homogeneous niches that offer services to those who have an affinity for certain groups. In them, the "segments" are identified and often express Microtendências behaviors and needs, which certainly originate economic, political and social.

And how companies can participate in this real "Brave New World"? I believe that there is only one way: to reading the Microtrends the surroundings and get ahead. They certainly indicate the path of inclusion. However, it is important to remember that the processing power of some companies already climbed to success and also led other exclusion.

To take advantage of the opportunities mentioned, we must recognize them and assess their potential, which requires time to think. In this case, the action should be replaced by reflection. We have to stop, take time to observe what happens to the environment, because there is nothing better to predict the future than understand this.

It is important for entrepreneurs and executives devote more time to think about the world, "that is, be careful to practice quiet and careful observation of behaviors and needs of different niches of society and its possible future consequences. This reflection should be encouraged throughout the team of professionals, without hierarchy, through a pluralistic and democratic process that involves all employees, regardless of roles.

Why not spend a few minutes a day to think about each one Microtrends perceived the way to work, at home, among friends, books, press clippings, etc..? Why not talk about those perceptions during a monthly meeting, discussing the impact on business and how the company can anticipate the consequences?

By adopting this new way of analyzing the market changes, no doubt, we are becoming less technical and more human. When we replace the speed and excessive reaction by the action, based on observation of the world we live in, we will be more proactive and turn away from the gloomy predictions, such as Aldous Huxley and the German psychoanalyst Erich Fromm, for whom "the danger of the past was that men become slaves, the danger of the future is that men become automatons".

SEO Article Writing: Using Keywords Correctly In Your Articles

Using your keywords correctly in your articles can be a very effective SEO article writing strategy for gaining increased attention from search engines, which in turn will affect your search engine ranking for your keywords and bring more traffic to your website.

Sounds all well and good, doesn’t it?
Just use keywords in your articles and get even more traffic, right?
Actually, there’s a little bit more to it than that.
If you do not use your keywords correctly in your articles, keyword use can very quickly turn into keyword abuse, which is not at all good for your website!

We’ve talked about keywords in the past (see the keyword resource at the bottom of this post), but I’d like to really get down to basics and tell you exactly how to use your keywords correctly in your articles.

So you have a list of keywords. Now what?

This would be a list that you have researched. It should include basic keyword phrases that are 2-3 words long, and some longer keyword phrases (long tail keywords) which are 3-5 words long.

This list may include about 20-30 keyword phrases.
For example, if your website was all about green tea, your list might look like this:

green tea
green tea benefits
green tea extract
benefits of green tea
green tea weight loss
green tea diet
does green tea contain caffeine
benefits of green tea for dieting

And so on…you get the idea.
Now, how in the world are you supposed to use those keywords in your article marketing campaign?

Let’s go through this step by step…

Using Old and Expired Domain Names

Domains are like wine, the older the better. It really is remarkable the advantage that one has the old domain for a new one. But why search engines make this differentiation? For the simple fact that today the creation of domains is much larger and are surrounded by domains with duplicate content, spam, viruses and pages aimed extensive advertising.

There are also those areas that create and apply black hat techniques to achieve a better performance in a short time.
Returning to the analogy with the wine, no one wants a bad wine, so the search engines do not want in their indexes a site of poor quality.

Old Domains Name

The good news is that there are sites focused on the sale of old fields and so you cannot take advantage of their age.
A good example of a site that is selling this domain is YourMainDomain.com; there you can also choose to Page Rank! So you buy the domain with Page Rank as you want.
If you want to buy an old domain, check the following items:

• When was it registered?
• The domain had its record changed?
• He is on archive.org?
• It is listed in DMOZ?
• What was the content made available once
• You are banned from Google (the search engine displays results)?

If all answers are good, this is an interesting field to be purchased!

Expired Domains Name

Much has been said about whether the expired domains, which are those that pass the deadline for renewal, they lose their Page Rank. The fact is that losing is.
In recent polls, found that when the domain is expired, the Google (and other search engines) get this information and then automatically resets the Page Rank.
So if you are one of those "clever" that keeps an eye on expired domains, know that they do not continue with Page Rank.

A good tip is that expired domains usually have good names with keywords interesting, because these areas were recorded at a good time. It's good to be on if any good domain appear.

For this you can use the following Web sites to monitor and look for recently expired domains:

3 TIPS FOR CREATING CONTENT QUALITY

A major challenge for businesses on the Internet is to find efficient ways to generate quality content. Besides the frequency and relevance, it is crucial that it is in accordance with the desires of your target audience.

Many companies that decide to invest in SEO efforts face the new challenge of investing in content production. With the increasing use of the Internet as a source of research, search for references and even buying decision, do not give to stay out of the race.

Next to content, is the disclosure of social networks. Here comes the question: what is the most effective way to get results? There is no correct answer.

Each company has a specific audience, operating on different networks and it is important to find out where he is and what information search.

To help you think of their digital marketing strategies, here are some tips:

Do not give up easily

If their efforts are concentrated in certain niches and communities, and if your company provides relevant content, be patient, the return may take a while but will come.

Once the public realizes that their content is different and responds to their needs, you will have great chance to see their numbers grow and access your information to multiply.

Think multimedia

Articles, reviews and comments are basic, but there are other interesting ways to generate content. Video, audio and images can be very attractive to your audience.

Create communities on sites like YouTube, Twitter and Flickr and direct them to your site, or even integrate your blog to these channels are some ways to integrate multimedia content.

Consider however, that all this should make sense. The content should reflect the image of your company and look appealing to the public. Again, the most valuable is the content and not the way!

Optimize!

Before you create, search for the keywords most popular in its segment and use as sources of inspiration for the content. Search using the title and within the text.

Where necessary to create internal and external links within your post, creating a network that will help search engine to find your articles.

Be sure also to make room for discussions and opinions of their audience, the more active people, the easier it is to spread their messages on the network.

Article Marketing: Can Help Your Business

If you ask whether article marketing can help you, the answer is yes, because it is a totally free way to promote your product and also because you reach an audience into categories and subcategories in a particular niche, which is related to their type of business.

Article marketing can help your business the minute you submit these to different article directories. If these are approved for posting, people will be able to visit your site or may want to get in touch with you as they click the link or look at the resource box.

The resource box is usually found at the bottom of the web page. Here, writers can put their name, website and email.

If your article had a significant impact on the reader and they would like to post your article in their websites, they can do so which means more people will be able to see your work without you having to do anything.

Articles that are posted in directories usually ask you for keywords so this can easily be found when someone visits the site. These keywords are also given to search engines so if people type it in, your article will also appear and they will be able to view it.

Another way of getting people to see your site is giving this in the form of a report or e-book to potential customers. With all the information there, that person will surely want to know more and get in touch with you in the future.

People who are serious about article marketing have to venues where the articles can be displayed. The first is high traffic distribution sites while the second is submitted to highly relevant niche publishers. The difference between the two is that although the second will not be read by many, it will be easy for those who run this site to refer qualified visitors to the author.

It doesn’t matter if the article you are writing about is for a small, medium or large business because there are ways to promote it. For instance, if your article is for a small restaurant, you should put in the title something related to the location of the establishment. The same goes for the medium and large scale business. The key here is to come up with a catchy title that your audience can relate to.

Of course there are other ways of promoting your business such as paying for pop up ads and meta-tags. But why would you spend when you can get this for free? So, take advantage of this free marketing tool and see what it can do as it has done for others. You surely wouldn’t want to pass up on the chance so write something about your business or get someone to do it for you.

Is article marketing better than conventional print publications? The answer is yes because people will easily find your article by typing in some keywords. Print publication on the other hand is difficult because you will have to browse through how many back issues of newspapers and magazines just to find it.

Also, conventional publication is only relevant to the time it was written. The online form will be there for many years ahead as this information is stored somewhere in the cyber space. Just make sure this is updated if something new comes along so you are sure that article marketing is able to help your business.

7 Things You Must Know About Your Customers

1. Their Name- Nothing speaks to an individual faster than their first name. Use it to build your relationship with your customer.

2. What they’ve Purchased- If you know what your customers purchased in the past; you have a good idea what they will buy again. (And won't waste your time promoting products of little to no interest.)

3. How Often They Purchase- Individuals who buy rarely from you may need additional encouragement? €? More marketing. Whereas, consistent customers may not need extra sales pitches, but might benefit from a newsletter or coupon.

4. How Much They Spend (on average)- Why spend precious time pitching products to customers that they can't afford? It might embarrass your customer, shows your lack of personal interest, and may cause customers to lose interest.

5. The Last Time They Purchased- Have you lost a customer without even knowing it? Who's still loyal? Who has strayed (and needs to be brought back)?

6. Each Interaction you’ve had With them- Documentation is important for obvious reasons. But being able to "recall" previous conversations will make your customer feel important and appreciated.

7. How They Feel About Your Business- Feedback from your customers is the best way to improve your products/services, meet your customers needs, and attract more customers.

Note: Remembering each of your customers and all of these details about them is impossible. Be sure to keep an accurate database that can easily store and retrieve this information for you--and make you look like a star to your customers!
